Brief introduction of principle:
TheMAY-3001HT uses a digital CCD(photocoupler) to detect the optical image and the boundary shadow line, converts the image information point by point into an electrical signal, and measures the exact position of the boundary shadow line, thus measuring the refractive index nD; The probe has a built-in temperature probe to measure the medium temperature at the interface in real time, and the transmitter automatically compensates the temperature according to the obtained nD and T, calculates and displays the concentration value of the liquid. After further gain amplification, the electrical signal is converted into mass concentration, solid content, Brix, density, refractive index and other display and remote transmission.
Scope of application:
Widely used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, it can be used to monitor the concentration/sugar content/temperature of the dilution process, the mixing process and the final product, and can also be used to monitor the effect of the online cleaning process.
