MAY-1001 Floating ball method on-line density and concentration meter

Scope of application：Widely used in circuit board flux, electrolyte, rosin, etching solution, plating solution, emulsion,

as well as battery acid, ferric chloride, copper chloride, stripping lead PCB etching process and other processes of specific gravity,

concentration monitoring and other fields.

Working principle：Float method specific gravity concentration transmitter is by a float ball with specific parameters completely immersed in the liquid,

when the relative density of the liquid (also known as specific gravity) changes, the buoyancy of the float ball will also change, according to the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method, you can calculate the relative density of the measured liquid, specific gravity, Baume degree, chemical true solution concentration value.

The sensor of MAY1001FLUX must be installed vertically, and the liquid should not fluctuate greatly.   In order to solve the influence of liquid flowing on the measurement data,multilayer liquid buffer plate is designed in the measurement tank.   Then, through the control of the liquid inlet restricter valve, the circulating liquid can pass smoothly through the measurement tank, and finally a stable specific gravity measurement data can be obtained.
