Measurement principle: MAY-YC-500A portable digital liquid densimeter sensor is designed according to the vibration principle of components, using acoustic frequency signal source to stimulate the metal tuning fork, and make the tuning fork vibrate freely at the center frequency, which is associated with the density of the contact liquid, so the density of the liquid can be measured through the analysis of the frequency. The temperature drift of the system can be eliminated by temperature compensation. The concentration can be calculated at 20℃ according to the relationship between the corresponding liquid density and concentration. The density and vibration frequency of the medium conform to the following mathematical formula: D=K0+K1T+K2T2 In the formula: D= density of the measured medium T= natural frequency of the fork T2= frequency K0, K1, K2= constant when the measured medium flows through the fork According to this formula, the accurate density value of the medium can be calculated through the electronic processing unit.
